30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have exactly 30 days after the date you receive your physical item to request a return.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The handbag must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and unwashed.

• It must have all original tags still securely attached.

• It must be returned in its original product packaging.

• You must provide the receipt, order number, or valid proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at help@luxarazen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. All authorized returns must be sent directly to our official business facility:

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately at help@luxarazen.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and provide a free replacement or a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs for the error.

Non-Returnable Items

For security and administrative reasons, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to initiate a return for the handbag you currently have. Once your return is accepted and checked into our warehouse, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item on our store.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if the merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unworn, original packaging, tags attached, with proof of purchase).

Refund Processing & Timelines

We will notify you via email once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned item. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the handbag.

• Approval: If approved, a full refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account statement.

• Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your funds, please contact us immediately at help@luxarazen.com.
